Guest guest
Thank you for your ideas. Do you think the prunes ( I assume there's sugar in them ) will worsen Candida? Guest guest
Yes, if you’re dealing with candida then you might need to be careful with how many prunes you consume over the long-term. I didn’t touch any dried fruit, even rehydrated prunes, during my two year battle with high candida levels. Fruits are one of my triggers, so I had to be super-careful with the types of fruit I ate and how often. That is why I used Miralax to help with constipation. But it varies with the individual. You may be OK using the prune/juice combo once a week – or you may find it causes a surge in candida levels, based on your symptoms. Kim M. Since am low in minerals will try those again , last time took iron as am anemic, it helped with constipation. But now am dealing with daily charlie horses in feet and legs while sleep. Am looking into Bodybio minerals where your supposed to be able to taste the minerals you are deficent in.
