I was just reading this afternoon in BTVC about making yogurt, as I

am about to start it. Elaine explained it all, the 24 hours, and then

said something about if it went a few hours more, " all the better " .

I'm totally hooked on using half and half as my yogurt base. Pricier, yes, but

since I don't chug yogurt as much as I used to chug milk, it seems to be a nice

treat. Plus, I can use just reg. yogurt for all those French Cream recipes.

ANd I've let it go 30 hr., doesn't hurt at all.
