Hi all,

I'm working at a big law firm for a summer internship, and am required to attend certain social gatherings they've planned.  Next week we're going on a wine and cheese-tasting outing.  Can anyone tell me what would be the safe kinds of wine for me to taste?  I think I can manage figuring out which cheeses I can eat, although if anyone has any advice there, I'd be happy to hear it.

Thank you all for any adivce!!!

Go for dry reds and dry whites. None of the sweetened wines.

All Italians, Australian, Spanish and Portuguese are good.

If they are serving French, only very dry wines.

Congrats on the new job.
