Guest guest
Hi all, I'm working at a big law firm for a summer internship, and am required to attend certain social gatherings they've planned. Next week we're going on a wine and cheese-tasting outing. Can anyone tell me what would be the safe kinds of wine for me to taste? I think I can manage figuring out which cheeses I can eat, although if anyone has any advice there, I'd be happy to hear it. Thank you all for any adivce!!! None of the sweetened wines. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle

All Italians, Australian, Spanish and Portuguese are good. If they are serving French, only very dry wines. Congrats on the new job.
