Guest guest
Hello all - I have celiac disease and about a MAZILLION intolerances I have bad luck with any dairy (not even ghee). Also can't handle vinegar or anything remotely yeasty, so here are my questions... 1) should i even try s. boulardi if i react strongly to " brewer's yeast " according to my IgG test? I get diarrhea from vinegar as well, and homemade kraut. If anyone similar to me in this way has had success with s. boulardi please let me know... 2) If I react to ghee, I'm guessing I will probably react to goat yogurt, yes? If that's the case, what's the best yoghurt for me to make? nut? coconut? I'm wondering if there's any one that is stronger or more effective than others. (although i don't know if i tolerate nuts yet) 3) Any other tips on restoring good flora and reversing intolerances is also appreciated Thank you for any advice! -Whitney SCD 5 months

I would use coconut yogurt though, if I were you. It's not super hard to make, and the properties of coconut should help encourage the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut.
