system would not let me send back through reply. I understand it is still in

I'm so sorry, everyone. My original email got sent to the board accidentally. It

was supposed to be just a personal email to the committee working on the book.

It seems several of us have accidentally done this, but most of the others were

eventually removed from the board, albeit after the fact. My reply to another

email apparently got overlooked in this process.

We don't want to clog up the board with book discussion that isn't even ready to

be discussed yet. But I see from the response to this accidental posting that

you're really excited about the project & that's great.

The questionnaire isn't ready yet. It's still in the preliminary stages, but

when the committee agrees it's ready, you'll all get copies. I promise.
