I

deal with muscle cramps in my legs and feet (and arms) all the time. They can

occur off and on throughout the day, not just at night. Part of the

problem is that my blood work indicates I’m low in magnesium and

potassium, so I supplement those regularly; the other part is my neuromuscular

issues. I use liquid minerals (from BodyBio) plus I use ELyte fairly

often. Between them I keep the muscle cramps to a minimum, plus help the

low electrolyte and dehydration issues I have.

My

body absorbs minerals when in water more effectively, so I am doing so much

better since switching from powder minerals to the liquid minerals 8 months ago.

I use 5 liquid minerals from Bodybio regularly, not every day but

regularly. I go through a lot of ELyte as well for my other low

electrolyte symptoms (I have neuropathies plus being on Miralax) so between all

of them I can keep my symptoms related to low minerals minimal most of the

time.

now am dealing with daily charlie horses in feet and legs while sleep. Am

looking into Bodybio minerals where your supposed to be able to taste the

minerals you are deficent in.
