Emer'gen-C......Legal or no?

My husband says that with drinking almost 100 oz of water a day I need to be

replenishing my electorlytes. Is Emer'gen-C SCD legal for this? If not, what

else can I use? Would this also be something important for me to do while in

Mexico when we go in a few weeks? Thanks!

All I can say is that Emergen-C gave me Grade A runs... and I normally

take a significant amount of Vitamin C.

If you need electrolytes, I would either make the SCD electrolyte drink,

or order some of the E-lyte concentrate, which works very well for me.
