Ellen,

Hey, I am a moderator on Pecanbread, just visiting since this group's digests

normally go to my spam folder, which I never have time to check. Just so you

know I have a clue...:)

Anyway, yeah, they should be fine. The refrigeration extends their shelf life,

they don't automatically croak at room temperature. You could take one in your

purse to the office to take with your lunch, for example. Just don't leave your

purse in the car or spill a drink into it....you laugh but I have kids and I

have spilled at least two drinks right into my purse. Just a good reason to buy

an newer and cuter one. :)

Thank you! That'll help me breathe a bit easier, and be less worried taking

them on a trip to California this week :))

Chrissy,

You would not believe what I have spilled in my purse too LOL. I have kids too.

My favorite one is where the kids sneaked a popsicle and when they heard me

coming, they hid it in my drawer.

:)

LOLOL...how about when they hear you coming so they stuff whatever they are

sneaking into their mouths...as if they normally look like guilty chipmunks! ;)
