LDN fillers

For members who also take LDN, which fillers are OK to compound the drug with? I know the site says the acceptable ones are avicel, sucrose and lactose, but since lactose would be an illegal filler, what does that make the avicel and sucrose -- since small amounts of sucrose are in some of our foods.

Avicel is the best one, particularly for SCDers... Skip's Pharmacy is a

very good place to send your script, as one of their specialties is

LDN.

But some compounding phamarcies don't offer that. I specifically started ordering from Irmat Pharmacy in NY City because they do. And they're pretty reasonably priced. Not quite a well-priced as Skip's; but Skip's doesn't offer acidophilus as a filler.
