Guest guest
Hey Karianne! I believe you can use any kind as long as it is light and clear (none of the really dark ones). So, for example, clover, wildflower, lavendar, rose... any of those are OK. And raw is okay after at least 3 months or when your D has subsided. -Joanna > > > Is all types of honey legal? > There are so many different types in the store.. > karianne >
Guest guest
But read the ingredient label because it should say: honey. Believe it or not, I've read some labels that have more than honey added. I would avoid raw for awhile. It caused me so many problems (but to each their own) that I only cook with the so-called good stuff that's raw, organic, etc. My allergies, etc.are bad enough.
