Guest guest Posted May 30, 2010 Report Share Posted May 30, 2010 My apologies to the author of this recipe – I cannot find the source of my recipe… Hummus 2 peeled & cut zucchini ¾ cup tahini ¼ cup olive oil ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 4 cloves garlic 2 ½ tsp. sea salt (I use less) ½ Tbls. cumin Combine all in a food processor or blender.
