Guest guest
Back from the lung transplant center at the U. of Penn. Did all the tests, and things are pretty much unchanged from last time. I go back at the end of February. They have me listed as "awaiting transplant", but I'm not that far along yet. Too healthy. :-) Bill IPF 10/08 N.E. PA

Guest guest
Bill, I was at the Penn Lung Center today!!! We probably walked right by each other!!! I was there from 10:30 until about 11:30. Small world. I wish you luck with getting on the list. It was never even mentioned to me except in passing.. I was and still am (even with my new inflammation issue) too healthy and at the time the cut off was 65! I now understand that 70 is the upper limit at Penn.. Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z 65, fibriotic NSIP/05/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 No, NSIP was not self-inflicted…I never smoked!
