Guest guest
Here we go...the annual Thanksgiving madness has begun. My sister , her husband Mark and their five children arrived today for the holiday. They were here all afternoon along with my sister Amy, her husband Rob and their two girls and their dog. So that makes 7 children, 6 of them under the age of 8. It was LOUD and CHAOTIC but fun. Lord only knows what tomorrow well bring but I expect it will again be loud and chaotic but fun. One little note....for some odd reason Medicare requested I take an overnight oximeter test. I don't know why exactly....were they doubting that I needed oxygen at night? So I did it last night and I had 6 short dips to 86-87 on 2 liters. This afternoon my doctors office called to tell me to increase my nighttime O2 to 2.5 liters so that I stay above 90 all night. The O2 company has also reported to Medicare that I absolutely need oxygen overnight. Medicare can be so bizarre. I don't know what brought me up on their radar screen but no harm done. l will likely be on the board less than normal over the next couple of days. From my family to everyones have a wonderful, delicious, healthy as can be Thanksgiving! Love to each and every one of you!
