I'm home and doing ok. Stayed two nights in the big house just to monitor a couple of things.

Dr says, "Diastolic heart failure; mild to moderate PH and Left Ventricle pressure was mild-moderate elevated"

So. At last the tests are in. I have a blood test on Monday, see Dr in two weeks and go on from there!

I'm so relieved there is nothing that is REALLY serious.

I haven't read all the posts yet so I hope all the tests came out acceptable for everyone!

So happy to hear you are home! I know that has to be a HUGE relief. Now you've got more information and you can continue to work with the doctors to clarify.

MB... it will be about two weeks before I see cardio-gal again and then we will get down to business of what to do and how to do it.

I am much relieved not to have any more tests pending.

I'm so glad you are home and the procedure went well and your doc is going to follow-up with you. How did the doctor determine mild-mod hypertension. Did he give you systolic pressure number? Did he start you on any medication? C_53_Familial IPF_5/09Washington

... no, no meds as of now. I have no idea how she determined PH. I do know the echo showed some and it was confirmed by the RHC. So I guess I DO know. lol. I'm really anxious to have the follow up with her.

No, I was not told any 'numbers'.
