Guest guest
All, I began recording my sats about a month ago. I thought I would find when I wasn't feeling well my stats would be down, but not necessarily so. Today I had a bad day, didn't feel well and was moving around like I was 100 and my sats were 95. Can anyone enlighten me? MARKETPLACE Going Green: Your Yahoo! Guest guest
Gale, I think it's easy to get into a mindset where I hold my lung disease responsible for every bad feeling in my body. After 3 and a half years of this I realize that I'm going to have good days and bad days sometimes my breathing may be involved and sometimes it won't. It's actually good news that in spite of feeling lousy your sats were in the mid to high 90's.
