No, it's not exactly up my alley, but I do know about it, because there

are plenty of people who have issues with nightshades.

Yep, and you can make the noodles with a veggie peeler. A mandoline is

good if you have one (and I do now) but when I first started making them,

I didn't.

Me too! Zucchini was one of my faves in the beginning. But I haven't had it in

months now, and still have zero interest in it. I'm actually tired of all the

(cooked) vegetables except green peas. Those still taste good to me.
