Actually we have been gluten free for something over a year - I even grind my own rice and bean flours to avoid the cross contamination issue and lower costs, and we've challenged with wheat a few times in this period and received confirmation that we should continue. But there was absolutely no such reaction to the trial with the oat only cereal.
