Guest guest
Sue, There are days when I can eat half of my plate, then I have days when 3 bites and I feel like I am going to explode...I was getting real sick with worry trying to figure out if I was over-eating. As long as the scale goes down (and my scale goes down very slowly with quite a few plateaus) I am not worried about it anymore! I went to Beef O'Brady's for lunch intending on getting some chicken fingers.. but the urge for tuna overwhelmed me, so I got a tuna sandwich on white bread with swiss cheese and tomato. (you know how big their sandwiches are) I was REALLY surprised that I could eat an entire half of the sandwich. I have not consumed this much since surgery and Im worred now that I ate too much. I dont feel bad, matter of fact I feel great.. but if I can eat this much now (with a large glass of tea), then what about the future? Did I overdo it?
