Not to worry, Sue. Your ability to eat quantities will vary.

Sometimes I am astounded as to how much I can eat, and other times, i

take a few bites, and it's all over...nada mas!

You're living life in the fast lane now. Enjoy!

Sue,

There are days when I can eat half of my plate, then I have days when 3 bites

and I feel like I am going to explode...I was getting real sick with worry

trying to figure out if I was over-eating. As long as the scale goes down (and

my scale goes down very slowly with quite a few plateaus) I am not worried about

it anymore!

sandwich on white bread with swiss cheese and tomato. (you know how

big their sandwiches are) I was REALLY surprised that I could eat an

entire half of the sandwich. I have not consumed this much since

surgery and Im worred now that I ate too much. I dont feel bad,

matter of fact I feel great.. but if I can eat this much now (with a

large glass of tea), then what about the future? Did I overdo it?

sue,

i wouldn't worry about it!! for me, some days i can

eat more than others!! 2 weeks ago i ate a

cheeseburger on wheat bread and i panicked because i

had eaten the whole thing!! then this past week i had

another cheeseburger but took the bread off and then

couldn't eat the whole thing!! each meal is different

and sometimes if it's some food that i've wanted or

craved, i'll eat more, not what i used to eat of

course!!

glad to hear you are feeling well!!
