Guest guest
-Tana, If you can find La Sierra (I live in TX) they are the ones I buy as they only have beans and no additives. Janelle > Does any one know which brands of refried beans are gfcf? I didn't see any listed on the gfcfdiet acceptable list. You can also make your own-something you will not see me doing. YIKES! Guest guest
I called about Old El Paso and she said the vegetarian refried beans were gfcf. MA
Guest guest
Thank you Jannele for the suggestion. The La Sierra brand doesn't sound familiar to me but I will look for it. I live in Washington, I hope our stores carry that brand here. And making refried beans from scratch isn't something you will find me doing either. I'm a single mother and I work full time so I try to find as many quick fix meals as possible. -Tana, If you can find La Sierra (I live in TX) they are the ones I buy as they only have beans and no additives. Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the tip on the Old El Paso Beans. I know I've seen the salsa in that brand before so our stores must carry the beans also. Thanks again! Tana
