Thanks so much for doing this and please keep us all posted! I don't know what

all restaurants you are going to write to, but we've been having pretty good

luck with barbecue restaurants. If there are some of those in your area, you

might be sure to include them on your list. (We are in Texas and we've been

eating Rudy's Bar-B-Q and Casey's Bar-B-Q, but I think those are both local.
