Guest guest
Greetings to all! It is so nice to know there is a community out there to support me and my little one in this very exciting transition. My little boy is just my pride and joy and I was at first mad at myself for him needing a band. I then realized that the most important thing is his health. I have come to terms with the situation and I am moving forward with the band. I was hoping there were some fun decorating ideas out there for people in the Charlotte NC area. I want him to set a new " fashion trend " THANKS
Guest guest
Hello and welcome to the group. My daughter wore a starband with a pattern on it. We still added some stickers now and then when I got tired of it. I think there are some painting tips in the files section. Sounds like you have a good attitude about banding. Let us know how he does, and post a picture of your decorating. -christine sydney, 3.5 yrs, starband grad > > Greetings to all! Guest guest
Hi! There is a lady in Denver, NC that paints the bands. She is great! Her website is http://www.whimsicalmurals.com/. I have also painted my daughter's helmet and would be happy to help you with ideas. You can email me privately or friend me on Facebook to see the pictures. Guest guest
Hi! I just wanted to correct the link to Leigh Anne's website...it is http://whymsicalmurals.com/ She has 2 pages on cranial bands that she has painted and does an amazing job...I had her paint both of my daughter's bands and if people are staring at her in her band, it is because it is so beautifully decorated! IT certainly has made it easier for me to deal with having a beautifully painted band!!!! Good luck to you! > > > > Greetings to all!
