New web host for duodenalswitch.com

OK, I've gone ahead and made the decision to host the duodenalswitch.com

website elsewhere, since I haven't heard from in a week or so, and

the site has been down for over two weeks now. He must be very busy, and

I don't want to impose on him any further if he's unable to accommodate

us.

There are pluses to going to a paid host. It means that I'll have

administrative tools that I never had before. It also means that I can
