Guest guest
I heard someone say that they used the excuse of getting an intestinal blockage repaired. I've also heard about people saying that they were just going to get a long standing medical issue taken care of and it's none of anyone else's business. > Please give me some ideas about lying/partially lying to these > busybodies. Ulcer surgery? Is that done anymore? Why N.Y.? > HELP!!!!!!!!!!! > > Best, >

Guest guest
You could say that you want the procedure, whatever it is, done LAP and the best lap surgeons are in NY. Marcia Re: LIE to me! Guest guest
OK, Marcia. Lap excuse sounds good. Can you (or anyone else) think of an abdominal procedure that can be done lap that results in weight loss? Are ulcers still removed surgically after Rxs have failed? Is it done laparoscopically? Thanks, > You could say that you want the procedure, whatever it is, done LAP and the > best lap surgeons are in NY. > Marcia > > Re: LIE to me! Guest guest
Why go into any detail. Just say that you've decided to go high protein, low carb, and you don't have much of an appetite. All of which are perfectly true!. Marcia Re: LIE to me! (question at end of my rant) > > I heard someone say that they used the excuse of getting an > intestinal blockage repaired. Guest guest
Lap surgery for your peptic ulcers. I thought that is what the original BPD was invented for? Then they found that folks were losing weight like crazy? How about, I am very ill and I am praying for this life saving surgery. Out of concern for my family, I really can't say more, but please pray for me!!! The flocking busy bodies! Guest guest
***can always say you went to NYC to have it done Laproscopic since not all surgeons can do every abdominal procedure Laproscopic. So basically you went to NYC to have intestinal surgery laproscopic and you can even goes as far as to say you had to have a section re-routed since most likely no one will corrolate this to WLS. Hows that sound B --- Toni wrote: > I heard someone say that they used the excuse of > getting an > intestinal blockage repaired.
