Dark or amber rum is not legal because they often add caramelized sugar to it. Guest guest
, I'd be happy to give you the ingredients, but I'm afraid I haven't been measuring anything, just throwing it together and adjusting it by taste. I just throw some ice, strawberries, silver rum, little bit of honey and some lime juice into my bullet blender and blend away. Sometimes I add half a frozen banana to thicken it up. It's delicious with all the fresh strawberries! UC 13y SCD 15 months > > > > The last few weeks I've been enjoying fresh strawberry daiquiris (yum!) and I thought rum was legal if it was clear.
