Dripped SCD yogurt is a good substitute for sour cream. I have used it with some

dill with salmon. The noodles are out, but this would be good with zucchini

" noodles " .

place of sour cream? Or course the noodles are out. Maybe this would be good on

baked discs of butternut squash??

Use dripped half & half yogurt.

I would put it on either zucchini noodles of the butternut discs you

suggested.

Is there a recipe to make 1/2 and 1/2 yogurt. Don't think I've ever seen one.You don't need one. You can use the same method for yogurt making with any type of milk, as long as the milk doesn't have anything else added.
