Thanks for the links, but I have read all of this information and I guess I

wanted some info from others following SCD and LDN at the same time. How do you

feel? Did you get better after starting LDN? I know I felt something on the

pill but got continually worse on the cream.

It was a bad start for me.  I tried to go up too fast.  I'm now staying at 1.5mg.

It knocked out nightmares, nightsweats, night hot flashes (I guess that's what they are) and helps with bloating believe it or not.

Yeast went crazy.  Energy is up but body needs to catch up.

Other things but that's all I can definitely say is due to LDN.  I can definitely tell the difference without it.  The rest is speculation because I started it 3/11/10.  My hands/feet/back are better.  I do not have bone tired feet and hands and back like I'm 98 or something.  It is still there but not to the extreme it was.  I'll let you know when I crochet the bratty cat a blankie so I don't have to sit in 'her' chair ;-).

Still working on some 'b'--nothing is perfect though and it's been a long time to even get here.

I took LDN for 3 1/2 months, and have been off it for just over a week (needed

to take pain meds). Yesterday, the one good effect I had from LDN wore off...my

knee pain returned. I'd suffered with knee pain for years, and x-rays and MRI

showed nothing. LDN was the only thing that got rid of it. Other then that, I

felt no noticeable difference from taking LDN.

I'd like to get back on LDN, but since I still don't know why I got such awful

pain out of nowhere, I don't want to risk not being able to take a percocet if I

need it. That's the only real drawback to LDN, if you need emergency pain meds

you're pretty much screwed.
