ketone checking..should I be doing this?

Hi all. Quick post here. I read a lot about ketone checking and I

have never done this with Autumn nor has any docs ever mentioned it

for her. How should I know if I should do this? and how do I do

this? and what exactly is it?

I will be quick also. I had never even heard of ketones until lately reading

all the postings. We do not do this with Abby and I have no idea what they are

or how you are testing them. I have the same questions, how should you know if

you should do this? Help, please.
