Does anyone make their own bacon? Nothing seems to be legal, and bacon

is, well, REALLY good! I miss it =( THe thing is though, I don't eat

pork. Could I make home cured turkey bacon? Do any of you have any

idea how to do this?

Thanks!

Peace =)

I posted an article about how to do it maybe a year ago - it sounded

tasty - regular bacon though, not turkey.

I don't see why it wouldn't work if you can figure out the curing.

I know there's turkey " ham " available at the store.
