I don't think exercise is going to help with the excess skin, but it it's definately not a waste of time! It helps to build strong bones and muscles, is good for the heart, and is also a natural antidepressant. If you are feeling tired, a little exercise might kick your metabolism into gear. I know since I started exercising, I am not as tired and don't require as much sleep as I used to. I still have baggy skin that only surgery can remove, but I do feel that my muscles are little better defined. You will probably lose weight anyway no matter if you exercise or not, but I would bet that exercising will make you feel better. -95 lbs. 3/23/
Guest guest
Tammy, Are you still having problems with nausea? You say you are 4 months post-op. Have you had nausea the whole time? I have been battling nausea since surgery, but I am only 5 weeks post-op. I will have a couple good days and then be hit with the nausea again. I use suppositories to help, but they dont take it completely away. What are you doing to help? Sheri
