Hi, on that note...... I have a question about cheeses. I know there is a list of legal and illegal cheeses somewhere, but how can you tell which cheeses are legal in the store. There is often microbial enzymes, rennet and other ingredients added that make it confusing for me. I know that the cheeses need to be aged but how can you tell. Does lactose free cheese mean that it's legal? Is Jarlsberg swiss regular and reduced fat legal? What about specific cheeses at Trader Joe's,? I haven't had dairy in two years and haven't tried the yogurt yet. I don't know if it's a lactose intolerance I have or a problem w/the caesin. I plan to buy some ghee. Also, does trader joe's have a legal kind of honey. I know it has to be clear, but is the raw better?thanks, It's only the fat from the cream, no carbs, and an insignificant amount of lactose. Same with legal cheeses.
