Guest guest
Hello everyone- This has been a long time since I have posted this way. I think that I had the wrong program. For some weird reason I was getting all the messages but could never post out. Anyway- Laikyn is my daughter and she turns 3 April 10. We will be starting her GH soon. She weighs about 20lbs and is 34 in tall. I wanted to post and give people out there hope for the future with our kids! We just won a huge battle with our state to provide for kids with RSS until the age of 18! Laikyn will lose her Medicaid in our state at the age of 3 because she no longer is able to be in early intervention. There was nothing in our great state of North Dakota to help kids like Laikyn so I took a bill to the legilature and it passed about two weeks ago. This was a huge process for us and a emotional battle as well. In the end we came out victorious and now any child that is diagonised with RSS in ND will get coverage until age 18!! If anyone ever feels like giving up let me tell you I have been there! It is so worth fighting for! Check out all the newspaper ads and news coverage we have got from this. Laikyn is a movie star in ND. Google her by using Laikyn Zietz!! It worth checking out! Thanks for all the help over the years everyone Mom to Laikyn
