Guest guest
Hey Carol! I noticed your post the other day saying that after years of having white hair, it started growing back brown on the SCD. I told my parents and they were pretty amazed, but were wondering how old you are. If this is too personal of a question I understand, but if not, I'd love to know your age just to give my parents some possible motivation to try to eat more SCD. Thanks! Alyssa Let’s see, I started the SCD at age 50. At age 52, 2 years in, was when my hair started growing in lt. brown. Hope this “inspires” your folks to get on the SCD bandwagon! Guest guest
I've been going gray since I was 16. I'm about to be 33. I've been on SCD 2 1/4 years and have seen no improvement in my gray. I don't know if this is because I'm still not 100% healed or not... I had hoped but was not very optimistic about it helping. Misty Kimble CD - no meds SCD - 2 + years > > Hey Carol! Guest guest
I think this is genetic in some people. I've had two friends (with healthy guts) who went gray fairly young, and they are still beautiful women. I guess I would know about my gray on SCD.... if I stopped putting color over it..... Guest guest
I think a lot is genetic. My MIL got a white streak quite young, I think she said by 20, and of course by her 80's much more silver. It was elegant and she was healthy as a horse. I've been going gray since I was 16.
