thats a good point...I need to go get some new jeans this coming

weekend...and I'm going to buy a little snug rather than what fits

best...thanks for a good point. My jeans now I only wore for 5 weeks...so if

I pay attention maybe i can get a bit more out of them!

Pam,

I was thinking that you could have fired off some comment about HER ass never

fitting in those

pants, but that would not have been nice or karmic (but it probably would have

felt good). :)

I'm sorry you had to put up with that. Apparently, a turnip with opposable

thumbs can get a job

in the service industry these days. I don't shop for clothes often these days,

but when I do, I'm

amazed at the lack of respect and " professionalism " displayed and ACCEPTED by

management. It almost makes it worth it to spend the extra money and shop at

Bloomingdales...nah. LOL! :)

Congrats on your loss so far and your hubby sounds like a darling!

Hey Pam,

Well I was at WalMart yesterday also! I am somewhat stunned at

fitting into a medium or a size 14. I am looking in the mirror and

wondering if I am still that 5x person who went to the OR on 1/5/01.

The Kathie Lee pants are pretty loose. And if they aren't tight now,

you're wasting your money. I had one similar experience when I was

buying snug clothes in expectation of my weight loss. And when it

was suggested I go for the next size I gave a evil smile and

said, " no, these will be perfect " .

You go grrl!

OH Pam!! Im so sorry about that experience.. but proud of your

husband. My husband would have said to me, 'yeah.. your ass is way

too big for those yet'.. lol.. Me being me however, I would have had

to have said something to the clerk like.. " I dont know why they let

PLUS SIZED, fashion depleted know nothings to work in the REGULAR

sized department. Dont you think you should go back to the circus

tent where they keep the OTHER elephants? " Maybe then she'd think

twice about commenting out of turn. Keep this in mind tho honey, she

didnt know what struggle you have gone through and was more lacking

tact and manners than to be mean. And, I hate it when someone calls

me 'hon' lol.. Keep your chin up.. we think you look GREAT!!!! (and I

personally am jealous!)

Love Sue
