Amy - I am so glad I read your post. My son has been GFCF for about

3 weeks. I have been struggling with what snack foods I can send

with my son that he will eat. I am told he is determined to get

whatever the other kids have. I thought it was because I just have

not yet found the snacks he likes. I now realize that it is because

he wants his fix. This also encourages me to know this is a passing

phase. Now I can relax and know whatever snack I send him will not

be what he wants but it is not my fault!
