help please-spilling ketones, dehydration, not eating

Hi. I need to know if I should be doing something more. Autumn got

strep throat, upper resp and ear infection last wednesday but she was

still eating some and drinking some. By Friday she had stopped

eating but was still drinking peptamin..not a lot, but enough to keep

her hydrated, by saturday she decided to stop everhthing all together

for the most part ( over 24rs we got 4 oz fluid in her, it was a

fight)..I took her to the er and she got 2 doses (300ml) of fluid and

I was told if it happens again today, they will admit her. Well,

finally, I had some urine in her diaper and I tested her ketones this

morn, it came back in between moderate and large. What am I supposed

to do? I did get her 3 oz peptamin this morn, but it took a while,

she won't drink anything else in cup/bottle or eat anything and she

fell back asleep now, I'm assuming because we got home late, but she

was having a hard time holding her head up but I dont' know. Her

strep has mostly cleared up as has her ear infect so we are not sure

why she has decided to stop eating now. She is coughing pretty bad

though and she will not get any med in her even in her bottle, it's

tough enough getting her an antibiotic, she has vicks vapo rub on

though. What do I do about these ketones? Should I be worried?

When I get her in they asked me about RSS and my mind goes blank

besides growth disorder, I did mention tendancy for low blood sugar

but they basically ignored it and gave her fluids.
