Dawna- Thanks so much for the input. ::Sigh:: I guess breakfast

will have to become a possibilty for me in the future. I will do

anything to ensure that this surgery is a success for me and eating

breakfast is a small price to pay, but I gotta agree with your

comment on breakfast making you nauseaus...blah...nothing worse then

food in the AM for me...lol.

Stacey,

I've found that I can't seem to eat more than a mouthful at dinner any more

(I used to eat my heaviest, biggest meal of the day then, pre-op!). I have

to get most of my protein in at breakfast and lunch. The hilarious thing is

that as a result, I'll often eat what I left over from dinner for breakfast.

My DH is finally getting used to see me eating shrimp in lobster sauce or

veal parmigiano for breakfast! Hey, what's the difference between those

choices and bacon & eggs? And it sure beats cottage cheese or yoghurt! It's

all protein, isn't it!
