Dawna- Thanks so much for the input. ::Sigh:: I guess breakfast will have to become a possibilty for me in the future. I will do anything to ensure that this surgery is a success for me and eating breakfast is a small price to pay, but I gotta agree with your comment on breakfast making you nauseaus...blah...nothing worse then food in the AM for me...lol. Guest guest Posted November 4, 2001 Report Share Posted November 4, 2001 Stacey, I've found that I can't seem to eat more than a mouthful at dinner any more (I used to eat my heaviest, biggest meal of the day then, pre-op!). I have to get most of my protein in at breakfast and lunch. The hilarious thing is that as a result, I'll often eat what I left over from dinner for breakfast. My DH is finally getting used to see me eating shrimp in lobster sauce or veal parmigiano for breakfast! Hey, what's the difference between those choices and bacon & eggs? And it sure beats cottage cheese or yoghurt! It's all protein, isn't it!
