If you don't know what that is, a central line is put into an artery as a means of getting blood & receiving IV material when the patients own veins are too difficult to use, possibly as a result of having numerous blood retrievals while hospitalized. I think most people don't need them, just my opinion as a former patient who, as a hard stick, has had central lines. I have had them on maybe 5 different occasions, and suffered no ill effects from them. Sheryl
Guest guest
Mine seem to be more stable since surgery.. I think its due to the stablilization in my blood sugar.. you or anyone else might have other problems with vision unrelated to my experience. Guest guest
Steve, Leave it to you to always find the 'lighter' side of a situation. You're a great inspiration, so full of knowledge, and a true blessing to have around. > >has anyone had the Ds and then had vision problems?. did anyone > >notice their eyes weaken?. > > I think that my eyesight has improved. Guest guest
Judie, That's interesting! I suffer so badly from dry eyes (supposedly due to the rosacea) that I have to take daily antibiotics to ensure I no longer suffer the reoccurring corneal abrasions I was experiencing before. It would be an added bonus to think that after the DS, I may even be able to give up this medication!!
