Hi,

I remember a few months back someone mentioned that Green Pasture's Blue Ice

Fermented Fish Oil helped them reduce their D. I don't really have chronic D but

have recently noticed that after the nights that I eat cod fish, my bowl

movement seems to be much better.

Anyhow, before I bought it I wanted to confirm that this was it:

Sorry I don't remember who it was.. and the search results for the archives are

pretty much useless.

Also was curious if its better to have this as emulsified / capsule / liquid

(those seem to be the options Green Pasture has).

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks,

Raj

Also was curious if its better to have this as emulsified / capsule / liquid (those seem to be the options Green Pasture has).I've been taking the FCLO/butter oil blend, no flavors added, gel form: http://www.greenpasture.org/retail/?t=products & p=products & a=display & i=1097I think the one you posted was flavored, which I think might have an illegal sweetener in it. Better double check, you probably need to get the unflavored. I got the blend because apparently the two work really well together, and actually the gel is pretty easy to take. You just put the amount on the tip of a spoon, BREATHE THROUGH YOUR MOUTH, not your nose, lick it onto the tip of your tongue, and swallow it like a pill with a gulp of water. Then take another bite of whatever you're eating to get the taste out. Don't resume breathing through your nose until you are chewing the bite of food, otherwise you'll taste it =) Peace =)Alyssa 16 yo UC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)Azathioprine 75 mg 1x per dayPrednisone 30 mg 1x per day
