Guest guest
A really lovely SCD-friendly tuna is Tonno brand. It has a gold label and the ingredients are tuna, olive oil and salt. I found it at a local green grocer/deli that had a lot of Italian foods at it. I paid $2.50 for a small can. Then a friend w. a Costco membership told me they sold it there-- $13 for four BIG (7 oz. cans). So now she's my " tuna dealer " . Seriously, this brand tastes so much better than the legal tunas packed in water, that, if you can find it near you, I would really suggest giving it a try.
