noggin nest for preventing regression?

My son is 6 months, I just received the noggin nest, is the hole too small, can

it be too small or is it still okay to use. Of course only a small part of ds's

head fits in the hole so I'm wondering if this could actually be bad for him.

I don't think the size of the hole matters. It's just to keep him off the hard

surface below (floor or carseat) and cushions his head in the process. It should

be fine.
