Exercise? What's that??

I do work in a huge building (100 years old--each floor is the height of two)

that is 4 stories high and I run around it all day long---if that counts!

I know I should, but the ds can work without formal exercise---I am living

proof. Not proud of it, but it is the truth!

I try to get out and walk a hour a day, 5 to 6 times a week. Life is

very busy sometimes and I end up going out 3 or 4 times and sometimes

only 30 mins. I do the best I can.

Hi- I exercise somewhat everyday. I got a little obsessed and was doing 3

hours a day. Not good. 3 to 4 times a week is good and I joined an all

female gym. I do lower half one day and upper hal;f another day. I do

arobicx, weights, stretching and walking. Good lick. Ellen(Pam

-I exercise three times a week at a women's gym. Weight resistance

and aerobics. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I work out on my ab-doer.

I have never been good at keeping up an exercise regimine, so I am

proud of myself for going to the gym 3x a week for the last three

months. I have lost 95 lbs. or so in the last 7 months. I don't

know if the exercise makes a difference as far as weight loss goes,

but I think it has helped to tone up my muscles so I don't look so

saggy and baggy.

-95 lbs.
