The address is mary@... I am in the UK and recieved it very quickly, a couple of days! Re: Growth charts - You found the weight for height chart? is 25% weight for height (I believe). I haven't looked in awhile. I think Dr. H likes them to be at least 15% or more of course. You find the height (usually best in cm) and the weight (usually best in kg) and follow the lines until they meet. Place a dot there on the chart, and follow the closest curve to estimate weight-for-height. Dr H likes kg and cm because she says they're more accurate than lbs and inches. Hope this helps!
