actually we don't, but I looked up super milk on line, and it's milk with a lot

of vitamins added. In general, we are to avoid any milk with additives. Some of

them are illegal, and I'm not sure what all these extra additives would do to

the growth of the bacteria in the culture we add ( maybe they would multiply

faster, slower, or not at all). If anything affects the culture, then that would

change the end result and the lactose content.

I would use regular milk for the yogurt, and find a good legal calcium,

magnesium and vit D supplement instead.

they suggesterd super milk. I'm sure in america you guys have something similar

so i wanted to ask would this super milk be okay to use when making my homemade

yoghurt. I'm new to this diet only 3 days so not sure about much. If anyone

could answer this question i'd greatly appreciate it.

I think bone broth would be ideal for this - lots of calcium and other minerals.
