I went this morning in fact!! Another 10 lbs. I've lost 50 inches too! I'm

going about every other Monday at the moment. I go up to the hospital here.

They have an outpatient area on the 1st floor with a 500 lb scale and I am

allowed to just go in and weigh myself now. They know me..LOL Several are

following and very interested in what is happening. 7 more lbs and I can

weigh at my dr office!!! Another goal met!

I'm at 25% of my want to lose 230 some lbs!

Big hugs! I'm so excited for you. Start dreaming girl! I'm only 10 weeks

out and I can't believe all the changes so far! I can't wait to see you all

posting your successes. I want the world to feel as good as I do at the

moment!! (Course the new boyfriend doesnt hurt this feeling either...LOL)
