Guest guest
Very cute poem, . Even at 16, Max's pants still fall down. I envy him, though. Mine stay up TOO well! I take Prednisone every single time I get a cold. The virus goes right to my chest and I have trouble breathing. I have one now and I know that tomorrow I will be at the doctor's office getting a shot of Prednisone first and then the tapering off dosing after that. But it makes such a difference. Croup is just the kids' version of what I have. That cough is so scary, isn't it? Both of my children used to get it often. The only thing I want to mention about Prednisone is that it makes me very cranky and uneasy. Just watch out for Connor with that. Actually, I never used to be that way. It's only this year that I get so agitated and crazy. Jodi Z

Guest guest
Hi Yes, I too, can relate to the pants falling down problem! We got some suspenders for Finlay for a while....however they are a nightmare at potty training times...also some stores here in New Zealand sell pants with adjustable waists...its touch and go but on the slimmest setting his pants usually stay up.... We also had a friend who was a dab hand at sewing and she very cleverly took in a few seams so the pants fitted and they looked like they were tailor made for Finlay Now Finlay is a little older and has been on GH for a year we find it easier to find pants that fit! I enjoyed your poem!!! Hope Connor's croup gets better soon - its a horrible thing! Best Wishes In New Zealand Finlay 5yrs, RSS g-tube, Genotropin. 102cms, 14.8kgs and Logan nearly 3 > > Hey Folks, > > here in Virginia. > > Connor has the croup (sp?).
