Guest guest
It depends on what is added to it. Check the labels. Some have added broth and flavorings. If it is only salmon, water, and or salt, or a legal oil, then ok. Watch out for ambiguous additives like " spices " or " natural flavorings " PJ > > Is canned salmon okay to eat? I was watching some video recipe online today for salmon which uses it, and I was wondering if it was SCD Legal. >
Guest guest
Canned salmon, anchovies, sardines, tuna fish are all legal if they don't have illegal ingredients. Tuna seems to be the hardest to find (for me anyway). WF is a good source. It depends on what is added to it. Check the labels. Some have added broth and flavorings. Guest guest
Starkist now makes a legal (only tuna and water) version that I find in Wal Mart, but it's more expensive than the Whole Foods 365 brand. The WF brand is more like tuna meat where the Starkist brand is like flaked pieces in broth. I don't really like using it that much, but I get it sometimes.
