It depends on what is added to it. Check the labels. Some have added broth and

flavorings. If it is only salmon, water, and or salt, or a legal oil, then ok.

Watch out for ambiguous additives like " spices " or " natural flavorings "

Canned salmon, anchovies, sardines, tuna fish are all legal if they don't have illegal ingredients.  Tuna seems to be the hardest to find (for me anyway).  WF is a good source.

Starkist now makes a legal (only tuna and water) version that I find in Wal

Mart, but it's more expensive than the Whole Foods 365 brand. The WF brand is

more like tuna meat where the Starkist brand is like flaked pieces in broth. I

don't really like using it that much, but I get it sometimes.
