Guest guest
I'm just jumping in here but not a moderator. I looked at two different vitamins. One has manitol which is illegal--the other didn't. You would probably want to link the exact product since they are all different. Makes it easier for M or K to say if it's legal. Debbie 41 cd I want to supplement my diet with biotin (which helps my hair/nails and from getting really bad PMS).These are generic CVS vitamins. I read on the label that there's:no yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial colors/flavors or salt Are these safe to take? I know it's a stupid question...and I am going to buy Freeda's Multivitamins, but there are other brands out there I'd like to purchase (to occasionally save money and shipping ) with. thanks.
