I'm just jumping in here but not a moderator.

 

I looked at two different vitamins.  One has manitol which is illegal--the other didn't.  You would probably want to link the exact product since they are all different.  Makes it easier for M or K to say if it's legal.

I want to supplement my diet with biotin (which helps my hair/nails and from getting really bad PMS).These are generic CVS vitamins. I read on the label that there's:no yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial colors/flavors or salt

Are these safe to take? I know it's a stupid question...and I am going to buy Freeda's Multivitamins, but there are other brands out there I'd like to purchase (to occasionally save money and shipping :) ) with.

I was on biotin by freeda - may have some - I 'll look for you -I do use

shoprite naturals D as well - but we should get a letter from the company

stating nothing else is in there - as with all scd stuff
