Guest guest
<g> I'm not really sure. This is why I tend to avoid this kind of thing. Homemade always seems to me to have a different calorie count than pre-made, which is what these kinds of things count. I've practiced calorie count avoidance fairly successfully throughout my life - which probably also is why I've got to lose a few right now. One thing though - which ratio of coconut to water are you using to make your milk. 1:1 gives the richest, 2:3 somewhat less, 1:2 even less, so that is one way to guesstimate. If you want to gain weight and eat more fats though, make the richer versions. Guest guest
I used 6 dl (2,5 cup) and 1 L water (4,2 cup). After I strained it, it was about 3 cups liquid.. I don't like to count calories and I would wish I did not knew anything about it. My stomach don't like fat.. So thats why I wondered if anyone know how much fat there is in the yogurt. It was very good. I had 1/4 teaspoon to day and will take a bit more tomorrow!
