Sorry, that last post was a bit unclear. " Standard Benefits " are not

as good as " Preferred Benefits " , which in my plan, pay virtually

100%. I want to be PREFERRED dammit!

You might also want to check if there is an out of pocket limit. I

think every policy I've had has had one but the amounts vary greatly.

Once you hit the out of pocket limit my understanding is they will

pay at in-network benefits. My policy also has something that what

you pay in the last three months of the year applies to next years

deductible and out of pocket so my November surgery will count for

this year and next.
