Is Dr. Gagner an Oxford provider? Who are the other doctors that are part of

Debbie: Dr. Gagner used to take Oxford (I had the 'Freedom Plan' and I've

read of others who had the Liberty). However, he stopped taking all

insurance in March. If you have the Freedom PPO, you can still see him as an

'out of network' surgeon. You would pay more than a co-pay, but I think

Oxford would cover something like 80 pct of everything? Check with your

policy.

I had my lap BPD/DS in January of this year. It was covered under Oxford as

well as my three week and three month post-op follow up appointments.

However, now I must see him as out of network for future post-op appointments

or see one of his colleagues. Dr. Herron and Pomp (and I think Ibarnet) all

accept Oxford as far as I know.

all the best,

I have OXford (Liberty) plan. For me it would have been out of network with

Oxford would pay 70% of the fees.
